Hi, my name is Rachel
Hi, I'm Rachel, a professional chef, qualified health coach, and busy entrepreneur. This program was born out of my own personal need as a busy woman to feed myself simply, nourishingly, and deliciously.
I'm here to show you how to meal prep healthy, delicious meals that are right for you (regardless of whether you are a vegetarian, vegan, omnivore, or a fruitarian) and have fun while doing it.
As a Chef and Health Coach you may be able to imagine my horror 15 years ago when my doctor told me that I was pre-diabetic and that the fatigue, brain fog and depression I had been experiencing were diet-related.
At the time, I was running my own business as well as going to college full time and I was BUSY. Eating healthily had shifted down in my list of priorities!
I knew that I needed to feed myself nutrient dense food that I enjoyed but it had to be easy to do or it wasn’t going to happen.
In kicked my decades of experience cooking on luxury yachts and helping other people to heal through diet and I began the journey of doing it for myself.
