Hi, I'm Rachel, a professional chef, qualified health coach and previous Chair of the Florida Food Policy Council and this brand-new program was born out of my own personal need as a busy woman to feed myself simply, nourishingly, and deliciously.

I'm here to show you how to meal prep healthy, delicious meals that are right for you (regardless of whether you are a vegetarian, vegan, omnivore, or a fruitarian). You'll even have fun while doing it with my five week 'Fill Your Fridge' live guided program.

As a Chef and Health Coach you may be able to imagine my horror 5 years ago when my doctor told me that I was pre-diabetic and that the fatigue, brain fog and depression I had been experiencing were diet-related.

At the time, I was running my own business as well as going to college full time and I was BUSY. Eating healthily had shifted down in my list of priorities! 

I needed to feed myself nutrient dense food that I enjoyed but it had to be easy to do or it wasn’t going to happen.

In kicked my decades of experience cooking on luxury yachts and helping other people to heal through diet and I began the journey of doing it for myself.  

I’ve been a professional chef for over 20 years travelling the world cooking on luxury yachts as well as travelling the state of Florida as the Chair of the Florida Food Policy Council learning about the various aspects of the food system. 

And in all those years I have been focused on food as medicine.

Food is the gateway drug to a life well-lived. By shifting a few beliefs, learning a few new skills and gathering evidence of your ability to nourish yourself well, you can have all the energy and good health that you want - with none of the stress and headache.

After some time owning my own restaurant and honing my ability to make healthy food fast and with a smile on my face, I knew that I had knowledge that was worth sharing with others. 

I distilled down the basics of what made it possible for me to have great tasting, nourishing food available at all times and I put it together for you in a simple five week program!
