Hi, I'm Rachel, a professional Chef and certified health coach. This program was born out of my own personal need as a busy woman to feed myself simply, nourishingly, and deliciously.

At the time, I was running my own business as well as going to college full time and I was BUSY. Eating healthily had shifted down in my list of priorities!
I needed to feed myself nutrient dense food that I enjoyed but it had to be easy to do or it wasn’t going to happen.
In kicked my decades of experience cooking on luxury yachts and helping other people to heal through diet and I began the journey of doing it for myself.
The Journey to food wisdom…
The first part of my food journey focused on demystifying “healthy”. With all of the conflicting noise in the marketplace, I had to figure out how to decode what healthy meant for me. I focused on the factual information about food first - what it actually is and how it works with the body. This is the knowledge portion of the food wisdom equation. Next I had to understand how those foods affected me. This is the awareness piece of food wisdom, the simple and honest noticing of how foods impact our particular body. By marrying the two, knowledge and awareness, I was able to develop confidence in my choices and to relieve the stress of meal prep.
By shifting a few beliefs, learning a few new skills and gathering evidence of your ability to nourish yourself well, you can develop your personal food wisdom and have all the energy and good health that you want - with none of the stress and headache.
