Welcome, I’m so glad you’re here! I've been an entrepreneur of one type or another for over 20 years. I started as a bright-eyed massage therapist in the South of England at the age of 21 and at various times in my career I’ve been a yoga teacher, a professional chef, a health coach, a non-profit consultant, and currently the founder of a network of community food hubs.

However, it wasn’t until my 40s that I learned how to turn off my body’s stress response and experience life beyond the “I have to get it done” mode. My whole life changed once I was able to reliably access my Neo-frontal cortex and my higher brain functions. I was no longer reacting to situations from a place of overwhelm and I experienced the exponential benefits of prioritizing my own well-being. 

For the first time in my life I spend the majority of my time in rest and digest mode rather than fight or flight. It has been a long road to get here and I am just so dang grateful.

It's my immense gratitude for everyone that has contributed to my growth that has led me to this online adventure and holding space for women globally. I want to share this feeling of peace that I feel and I want to lift up other women who have been pieces in my own puzzle. Together we rise!
